As usual what does any Union need to fight effectively?

For paying our lawyer, arbitrators, website, insurance, etc.

I am asking each one of us to encourage any CSO who is not a member to join our ranks.

Money is power and influence. Money to go to arbitration and be successful. Money to fight the next fight and to win!!

 

We need to have more Court Security Officers/Special Deputy US Marshals join the union in order to have a stronger presence at our next contract negotiations. (September 2022) It isn’t fair for a few to have a free ride while the majority carry the load. I along with my officers will continue to work hard for all the CSOs, and to do that we need the support or our fellow CSO’s to succeed!!
